At The Papery, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged subject to the following conditions:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise noted.
• Fountain pens may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Returns cannot be processed without a valid receipt. However, items without a receipt may be considered for exchange, provided they are returned within the applicable return period and pass inspection by a member of our staff.
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Clearance, seasonal, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Defective or damaged merchandise will be assessed and may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion.

The Papery reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above. If you have any questions regarding a return or exchange, please contact us or visit the store and our team will be happy to assist you.

• The Papery is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
